How to cook properly!

It’s very simple –

Buckwheat porridge

This is one of the main products that is very effective against Psoriasis.

  1. Take half a glass of buckwheat. This is one serving.
  2. Pour water into a pot. Water should be 3 times more than buckwheat. Bring the water to a boil and pour the buckwheat into it.
  3. Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Use the colander when it has doubled in size and becomes soft.
  5. Wait for excess water to drain from the cereal.
  6. Add Olive, Sunflower or any other vegetable oil you like to the porridge. A little salt and herbs.
